To understand who we are, you need to know a little about our clients – the insureds, self-insured programs and self-insured groups. Our programs encompass both Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury Protection programs. We can provide comprehensive programs that include claims management as well as managed care or unbundled offerings such as bill review, case management, utilization review or medical provider networks.

Management
Our medical management staff is a well-established multi-vendor panel with contracted pricing in the areas of durable medical equipment, physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, diagnostics, home health, interpreting, transportation pharmacy and dental. We offer an automated referral process to dedicated vendors via electronic interface and paperless case management software with electronic data interface. Clients have the ability to customize how they receive their reports and notifications.
Nurses
Our team of nurses includes licensed RN’s and certified case managers with extensive experience in orthopedics, spinal cord injury, brain injury, cardiology and neurological diseases. The Marquee nurse team will negotiate with rehabilitation clinics, skilled nursing facilities and functional restoration programs and coordinate discharge planning. They work closely with injured employees, employers and medical providers to create a cost-reducing return-to-work plan. Utilization review is always timely and appropriate and RN medication review is available for high dollar cases.
Physicians
Our physicians offer utilization peer review, peer-to-peer contact, onsite educational programs for claims staff, case conference by phone and medication review. Our physician staff includes a medical director, a specialist panel and peer specialists who are active practitioners at their clinical specialty.
